Founded in 1984, with more than 40 years of industry experience, Huayu has transformed from a small family workshop to a modern factory, from manual operation to intelligent production, and gradually becoming a leading factory of the industry.

Huayu Carbon covers an area of over 22000 square meters, with a building area of over 30000 square meters.

From management, research and development, sales, production to logistics department, Huayu has provided employment opportunities for over 200 employees.

10 workshops with 300 equipment, equipped with a complete production chain from graphite powder raw materials to brush holder assemblies, including a complete graphite powder production line imported from Japan, a fully automatic workshop, an assembly workshop, and a brush holder workshop, ensuring the independent production and stability of products.

Annual production of 200 million carbon brushes and over 2 million other graphite products. The production capacity is far ahead in the industry, and each component undergoes strict selection and testing, ensuring not only quantity but also quality.
